Welcome to CPF .

Dual SIM phones are rather rare, the only two that I know of are both by CECT. The 1S-K630i in which both SIMS can work simultaneously & the other is CECT P168 (the iPhone clone) in which the two SIMS cannot be used simultaneously.

Since CECT basically makes "clones", I don't know how rugged they would be. Both the phones are quad-band btw.
