hi. my nokia 6133 contact settings are set to view "phone & sim memory. however, it cannot show me the contacts on the phone memory. it seems empty, but when i check the mem status, it's full. i tested it by copying two or more from my sim. it says "copied" but it's not there. when i switch to phone memory, it's empty. and, when i add a new contact to either memory, it won't alphabetize. i tried searcing, it will say "empty." what do i need to do? can phones also be reformatted? thanks.
