I had the same problem with my env phone. Called Verizon and found out it was because I added a SIGNATURE TO MY TEXT MSSGS.

Turn of signature, no more mssgs.

I joined this forum just to post this. Maybe will save peo frustration with same issue.

my primary use is texting but i changed some setting on my phone and keep getting this message after i send txts.

Messages sent to non-VZW customers with graphics/tones/formatting and/or 160+ character are sent as plain text.
i noticed that when i open the text dialogue to type a message, theres this weird icon next to the cursor. i cant figure out as what it is, for reference my bro who has the same phone doesnt have this. i also reset my phone to factory settings but it was a no go HELP!
