I got this phone about 5-6 weeks ago, and now it is saying my memory on the phone is 75% full and to delete the messages.. there is nothing in the memory, not 1 text, no contacts, no images, no videos, NOTHING..

I called in to Telus and they said there is a known issue with that on this phone and they are not able to fix it.. all they are willing to do is swap it out with an identical phone which they said will most likely suffer from the same problem..

I don't want to swap it for a phone that is going to have the same problem, but what else can I do?
