The phone will only blink on and off. I didnt drop the phone in water, but it was in my pocket and my pants were a little damp from washing the CUDA. But, my drying doesnt seem to have helped. Should I attempt to open the phone and dry it in that maner? Is there something else that is causing it to only blink and not function? Is it something that an owner could take care of?
