Yes indeed, it does the trick. I was a little worried because at one point, all the phone book entries were shown double. But fortunately it wa because I had chosen the option phone+sim, whereas what I should have done was use the phone only.

    But I said, I'm definitely a newbie :-)

    Bye and thanks

Sorry to bother again but I'm a really new newbie.

As I now have managed to transfer my Nokia 3210 phone book entries to my new 7510 , they are logically on the SIM card.

I downloaded and installed the Nokia PC suite. But when I couldn't see the list of contacts, help says move your phone contacts from the SIM to ME.

So when I ty to do this the phone offers me there three possibilites to use

    1. SIM , I can see all entries from my old phone book
    2. TELEPHONE I can see just one entry which I added myself
    3. SIM + TELEPHONE I can see all entriesfom SIM + mine.

Number three is fine for the phone itself, but the NOKIA PC suite only reads my one entry.

Q1. In what 7510 menu can I move the SIM list of contacts to the 7510 list of contacts?

    Bye and thanks
    FRED
