The short answer is NO. Alltel disallows this and a few other features LG built in to the Rhythm. But for a better answer (and a way to do it), do a "use the search" (link in notes above) on the user "sloppypotatoes". He has a very good answer to your question.

If I sent a mp3 file to an LG Rhythm through blue tooth, would I be able to set it as my ringer?
