Sorry to say this but I ended up trashing the phone. I was able to find one on Ebay that was unlocked and just like the old one.

AT&T said the phone was trashed.

Yeah i have the same problem except i didn't get mine wet and i dont know how to fix it. Every time i turn it on the sceen just says download! Help

The phone got wet. Yes the little square is pink. I dried it out but when I turn it on all it says is "download" in large letters.

Is the phone dead or do I (can I) get it repaired?
