    The Samsung Hype A256, aka, Samsung Magnet, here in the US, has been introduced by Rogers Wireless as a new affordable messaging phone for Canada.

    With a full QWERTY keyboard and a candybar design, the Hype A256 also packs a quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity (850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) as well as Bluetooth, MMS, VGA camera, 16 MB internal memory and MicroSD card support up to 16 GB with up to 5 hours talk time or 12.5 days standby.

    Rogers is offering the Samsung Hype A256 only on Pay As You Go with a price of $89.99 without contract. You can buy the phone online and Rogers’ retails stores.
