You can either found the software to unlock it online or usually u can find someone on CL who can do it for you for pretty cheap I unlock my iPhone and used it on T-Mobile.

express unlock code works good.....I sed them for all my BB's...they have videos walking you through the process

Try going to Youtube and searching there. Type in How to unblock my BB8900 and should pull up something there. i saw a post on there where a guy was telling you how to do what u needed.
