These are some problems which i also faced,but i did not get any solution to this,now i had buy the new generation apple ipod with mp3 player and in built camera.

I have a first generation iphone and hated the att service so i would like to just use it as an mp3 player but when i turn it on it tells me i have to activate an att account first. I have tried it with or without the sim card with no luck!!! any ideas?
