i got a samsung u540 and trying to use bitpim to get my pics and vids....but it says unknow fone. wtf? it's been out forever!

oh yeah, i tried using the com4 thing it showed a bunch of folders, but i dunno which one is what...and i don't want to ruin my fone

ok, sorry one more thing.

seems like i found the right folders but when i tried to save the file it keeps coming up with errors reading file or some such. i have my cord plugged in good and have the power to it good.

I'm about to just get a card reader and an adapter for my micro sd card
