try to backup to your computer with card reader or BT

depends on what phone you have, but most phones need to have the memory card formatted for them before reading music off of them (because they're looking in a specific folder to play music from, for example).

So I would put the card in a card reader, copy the music to your computer, format the card in the phone, put the card back in the card reader, copy music to the music folder, then put card in phone.

hello, i need help i have a metro phone and my friend put some music on a memory card and give it to me now metro is saying i have to format the memory card befor i can use the memory card but i will loose all the music on the card does anyone have an awswer to this situation. pls pls pls help.
