Does anyone know who I can contact to request a few changes in the next firmware update? I have had this phone for a couple of weeks now and I have developed a few opinions about a number of features or lack thereof in this phone's firmware that I would like to take up with the developers at Sanyo to be sure to add.

Features being:

Text Memo - I have never in my life seen a phone that doesn't have a notepad feature. (Especially a phone with a full keyboard.)

Tone selection for messages (specifically a vibrate only feature)

A fifth variation to the vibrations. I would like a single vibrate when I get messages, not a pocket seizure. Two buzzes for a message is still excessive to me.

Does anyone else have any peeves with this phone?
