I have had my cleo for about a year and a half. I have the common problem of it turning off when i try to send a multiple text. Unfortunately, i have found a new problem; it takes about an hour to turn on! It just keeps showing the white starting graphic and today it took 4 hours to turn on and when it finally did it was out of battery, eventhough i charged it the night before, and turned off again!!!!
