I turned the screen on and there are lines going all through it. I can barely see anything. Phone was not dropped or anything (I treat it like my baby). Someone had said that maybe it needs an update? If this is going to happen instead of telling me I need an update, then I am going to be very upset. Any suggestions of what it could be?
