    Names John
Phone is amazing...For the first month.
After that the hardware (phone itself) breaks.

    TOP NOTCH TEXTING PHONE....
6 / 10 Overall: ...don't have money? Due for upgrade? I say ...eh.....if you have a better option take it...if not it works.

    No water damage...that being said...

    Major issues:

AIRBUBBLE very common issue with this phone. It looks cracked but it's actually just air in between the screen and protector.
    Freezes are minimal
although the "Conversation View" Scroll will overlay itself and lock up a bit. (Two images at the same time hard to describe and not that big a deal)
    Back light flicker (strobe)
Color distortion...I.E green shows are purple, or yellow etc.
    Random vibration.
I hated this phone when I got it...Then I got a Samsung Impression.
Honestly the xenon doesn't seem that bad in fact I would pick it 100% over the "impression".

    The pros:
Texting is extremely awesome with Convo-view + the keyboard WORKS well.

Mirror like surface (It's there it works but it's not a not a shine phone...)

Extremely accessible (Although not well organized on screen display) microSD slot.

Volume control is easy from the side tabs.

The lock is easy to hit and wont open your phone when you try to press it like so many others...

Fairly durable (Mine went down stairs out a car and underwater (once) and still worked...not the second time though O_O

    Pictures are amazing

    and fairly well organized

And a bunch of random other features like music player...
You know the crap they throw on on a phone to sell it that no one ever uses anyway.

    Cons:

Touch screen input isn't unto par in my opinion...it works..just not well...and considering that is the only form of navigation it's very annoying.

The vibration after awhile starts to fade to the point you don't even know you are getting a call (not a settings issue)

Battery life isn't that great (not bad though)

Obviously the issues stated in the beginning.
the "online" button is right next to "Z" on the QWERTY board so you often are redirected to a page and it messes up your texts.

It's slow...the transition screen is trying to be "smart phone like" and it's failing.
    It's a great texting phone...nothing else.

Again overall I wouldn't recommend you go looking for it..but if there isn't anything else or this is an upgrade option take it. (at&t's phone cache sucks...)
