    An update for Google Maps for Android has just been released and it allows users to get free biking navigation while on the run. The update also lets you create a shortcut on the Home screen with sharing options that are built in. The biking navigation maps out bike only trails, roads that has bike lines and roads that are ideal for your biking pleasure along with this Google Maps for Android update.

    The Google Maps for Android update is compatible with phones running Android 1.6 or newer.
