How do I backup my phone? I tried to upgrade to a 5230, but didn't like it. When the SIM card was re-inserted to the 5310 it was full of new stuff. Deleted what I could find, but now I can only get a couple of MP3 into the memory. It should hold 900MB of music. Keeps telling me "delete some files" but where? Other odd problems make me want to just backup the whole thing and reset it to default, then restore my phone numbers, etc. How can I do this?
