yes it is possible if the carrier your friend is using or the person who is sending has the service on for delayed message sending. Most carriers will have it now i suppose. It is a new technology everyone following. You have to activate the service or maybe you have to send the message to a special number with the sms in special format.

Is it possible to send a text from my friend's cell phone (not yet sure what his phone is or his provider is) to mine (Sprint and Samsung) with a customized time? I mean make it seem like the text was sent to me with a time from the past. You know how you can see the time you received a text. Is it possible to set a fake time from the past for a particular text? This is to get out of a sticky situation for me. Even if this was possible, I know there would need to be hacking or such things involved. But is it possible in anyway guys? I could reallllly use this.

    Thanks in advance.

change your date, on both phones, then try, i think i seen this done before

Umm the only way to alter the timestamp would be to get into Verizon's services, which would be very difficult hacking to say the least.
