Hey all,

My father just got a new job which requires him to travel around Western Europe for about two weeks per month. He currently owns an iPhone 3GS on AT&T but he is looking for a phone and plan that will work better for him overseas as well as in the States (Boston to be specific), so he asked me to help him out finding a new phone and plan. I myself am fairly well versed in domestic cell plans and phones, but I'm near clueless when it comes to international. Can anybody help me out with this? Money is no real object, his company pays for up to two plans, but overages in voice and data have to come out of his own pocket, so a plan that is as unlimited as possible would be preferable.
