Where are you located? I contacted support and they (Samsung UK for some reason) insist I call, but I live in Thailand and it is not practical. If you are in the UK try calling Tel.: 0845 726 7864 and please let me know what they say.

BTW, One way to transfer files is simply look for the phone in the Bluetooth taskbar icon - this is on Windows 7 - then right click, but there is no way to select the destination or manage the files on the phone.

I have a Samsung model GT-C3510 phone purchased in Thailand, where I live. I've listed it a Gravity in my phone details because it looks similar and there is no choice for GT-C3510 for the other names I think it goes under: Candy, Corby, and Genoa.

I connect to it using Bluetooth with New PC Studio ver. 1.4.1.10064_2. It connects okay, but I cannot access the phone. When I click on the phone I get an error headed "Can not run the mobile phone explorer". There is a picture of a USB cable connection with instructions to select "portable memory mode" on the phone which is different from the message when it first finds the phone to select PC Studio on the phone. Anyway, before trying the Bluetooth connection I have selected the memory card as the default storage location, and tried all of ASK; Mass Storage and PC Studio in PC Connections. Once the Bluetooth connection fires up, there is no place to make a choice.

It looks to me that there is no way to access the phone with PC Studio except by purchasing a USB cable which truly sucks if true. Is it possible there is an older version of PC Studio available that will allow me to upload to the phone as I know this is an older model? Any other ideas will be most welcome.

    Thanks,

    Peter
