Don't try and force it to work as you may only further damage the phone. D.Dark is right, you have to bring it to a repairshop and they should be able to tell you if it is still possible to recover the data from the internal memory after this damage or not.

The best thing that you can do is bring your phone to a local phone tech, if the damage is to exensive it might be impossible
