    So whenever my boyfriend tries to call me it doesn't go through and an automated voice tells him the error code is "PPS 6180". I do not receive texts from him either, and he doesn't receive texts from me, but I can call him and it will go through. I've been able to receive texts from other people and I've tried manually starting my phone (I just got it yesterday). Help?
