I paid a company for an unlocking code for my Samsung Rugby II, they just sent me the code which consists of both letters and numbers so I typed it in just the way I saw it, but I waited for a few seconds and did not see anything which told me that the phone is now unlocked.

Can anyone tell me please if I was supposed to key in BOTH the letters and numbers or only the numbers of the code sent to me by the unlocking company? If I did something wrong, then what's the procedure please? If I did it correctly then how would I know if this phone is unlocked?
