Members can't post new threads in the phone comments forums because these are specifically for comments on phones. If you want to ask a question about your phone, you can post in the Samsung forum

I want to ask a question about the Samsung SCH-W960, but the forum won't let me post to the Samsung comments forum.

I wondered if it was because I hadn't added my phone info, but a) it's not mine (borrowed), and b) it's not in the database anyway.

I also notice that my SP isn't listed either (nor is CMCC, the largest in the world)...

What do I need to do to ask about this phone? I'm just trying to find out how to charge the battery. It comes with some charging box with a USB cable, but it doesn't seem to have any effect when I plug it in.

How can I get help?
