hello please tell me d one where dskrgaste the pc studio. xq tngo the same phone and pc studio does not help me,

I got a new zx10 and i downloaded the samsung pc studio for it, but cant get it to work
the first time i used it once i connected, it showed my phone and it had several folders for graphics, audio, video etc... i had 1 picture on my phone which i drag an dropped onto my computer.
Now when i try again to test a video clip, it only shows my phone, it will not show any other folders...
I have pictures and videos on the phone and cannot see them in the phone explorer mode? any ideas what the problem is?
