Is the $10 charge for the Blackberry's manditory for all carriers or just one's like Virgin Mobile?

---------- Post added at 04:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:07 PM ----------

This is what I know Virgin Mobile charge a 10$ month manditory because RIM routes all of their data through the servers in Canada to make the connection more secure.
Some companies allow you to opt out of that but you will not get a enterprise activation code. Which allows you to access those servers so the internet will decrease in speed. Virgin Mobile does not give you the option.
    Which one's will let you?
