Hi I am in big trouble. While in HonKong I had to replace my phone. I brought a top of the range Samsung Omnia II. Returning to the UK the phone worked well until it lost signal strength. I can only get one bar when standing under a mast. nothing anywhere else. I tried t get it repaired in the UK even offering to pay for the repair. UK Samsung repair companies state the are not authorised to repair this model of phone and that I would have to return it to Samsung HK. Telephoned Samsung HK from UK . Their response was we DO NOT have a postal repair service, you have to bring it in by hand.
Derr--- I am in the UK. sorry Sir cannot help you. The phone cost £400 do I throw it away. Who can help me. I have been informed by the UK Samsung repair centre that it needa cat 1 repair?
