    For AT&T customers who have the Samsung Captivate and have been waiting for the time when the Android Froyo update will become available, well that time has finally come.

    The Froyo update for the Samsung Captivate is now available but will not take place over the air but will require that you have the Kies Mini software to download the update. If you have another version of Kies software, it is recommended that you first uninstall it and install the Kies Mini.

    Once you download the Kies Mini software, the software will take care of downloading the update for you, which will then be installed on your Samsung Captivate. This will only be compatible for those who have Windows.
