When the budget is limited your options aren't that many. I have checked on timtechs and there are a lot of Smartphones priced around $200 but the one that most fit your description with the features and all would be their unlocked SE X10 mini Pro which features a QWERTY keyboard

Hi all, I'm looking for a new smartphone for about 200-225$.

What I want in it:
1) Full QWERTY that. not like in the blackberry. something like the keyboard in this one(opens sideways, and is quite large):


2) Unlocked GSM, I'm gonna buy it in the USA, and take it back home(I don't live in the USA).

3)a decent camera
