    Although it is not known what infringements have occured, Apple has decided to file a countersuit against Samsung, stating that Samsung has infringed upon several number of patents.

    Apple filed the countersuit in South Korea and the countersuit may have something to do with Samsung not being able to access Apple's iPhone 5 and iPad 3 in the U.S. Samsung had already sued Apple earlier in Japan, Germany and South Korea courts and it looks as if Apple has decided to return the favor in Samsung's home country.
