When the newest Nexus device launches, it's said that the maker may be Samsung and may come with the name, Nexus Prime and just like the rest of the Nexus handsets, the OS will be that of the the Android Ice Cream Sandwich.

Why do we suspect that the New Nexus will be manufactured by Samsung? If you are aware that Samsung uses the Super AMOLED as their AMOLED displays, then that makes us believe that the Nexus Prime will be manufactured by Samsung due to the fact that the Nexus Prime is said to be branded Super AMOLED HD and will use TI's OMAP4460 processor.

Although it's not official and has yet to be confirmed, rumor has it that the Nexus Prime will have a 5MP back camera and a 1MP front camera, 1GB RAM, and 1080p HD video playback and recording.
