Hi. Looking for some help here. My daughter recently got a new phone, a Samsung Intensity II. She was using it yesterday and it all of a sudden developed what appears to be an internal crack in the screen. It is now essentially useless. There is absolutely no damage to the exterior, and she swears she didn't hit it, drop it, drop anything on it, etc. She would not lie to me.

I brought it to Verizon and they said it is IMPOSSIBLE for a crack to develop without the phone being hit, dropped, etc. Therefore, they will not replace or repair it under warranty (it is less than two months old).

My question is, has anyone ever heard of a phone's screen developing an internal crack for absolutely no detectable reason? If I can show that it's not impossible, then maybe I'll have a chance of getting them to believe me and honor the warranty.

    Thanks,

    Jeff
