Hi, New to the forum and welcome any help!

Trying to purchase songs for daughter's LG Cosmos Touch, through the VZ Media store. Upon checkout, it gives a message that some media is unavailable for this phone. I have done this a few times, before, and never had any problems. First time I'm seeing this message. Plenty of memory on phone. Even tried to do each song separately, to see if one particular song is the problem but I get the message for all 3 songs.

If anyone has experienced this or knows how to help, it would be much appreciated, thnx!!
