    Unfortunately the only way you will be able to use the phone is to pay off the balance. There is no way to change the ESN without some specific software/hardware that usually only the manufacturer possesses.

    i bought a phone but apparently the last person didnt pay the 306 dollar phone bill on, and now is in prison. how can i fix it without the stupid sprint people. they wont even work with me.
