My wife and I are going to London for a week and then Rome Italy for 4 days. We have 2 unlocked cell GMS phones that we use for travel and are looking at getting SIM cards. I've noticed T-Mobile offer a tourist sim cards on there web site, I was wondering how their service is over or could you recommend another service provider? Will T-Mobile work in Rome? I am sure it will be roaming but we don't plan on using it much there anyway.

My Brother in law is living in London at the moment so I was thinking of having him buy a couple sim cards and mail them to us so we have them before we go. We won't be seeing him until a few days after we get there so sending them to us would be good.
