There is no official hard reset for this phone yet as far as im aware you can try this *#7370# back up your data first.

Back up your personal data!!!

Restore original settings
Select Menu > Settings and Phone > Phone mgmt. > Factory settings.

You can reset some of the settings to their original values.
To do this, you need the lock code. (The preset code is 12345)

After resetting, the device may take a longer time to power on.
Documents and files
are unaffected.
