I haven't used Windows Phone myself, but from what I've seen it is completely different from Windows XP. I believe Windows Phone 8 is similar to Windows 8 with the way it looks. I'm assuming everything is going to start being similar, to encourage people to use more Windows devices. So, if they're working on their Windows 8 computer, they can finish working on their Windows Phone 8. I'm not sure this is how it works now, but from what I've seen I think this is what they're going to try to do.

I currently have an Android phone, but my computer runs Windows XP. What are the new Windows phones like? Which operating system do they run? How similar are they to computers running Windows?
