Most Android ROM's are available with a quick search. Here's how to root the Milano: [How-To] root your Kyocera Milano - Android Forums

That should probably be your first step. I'm not sure that you would even need to go as far as digging into the phone via jtag, but I assumed the pinouts were all standard. Maybe I'm wrong.

I'm not even sure what the C5133 is. Does it go by another name?

I'm doing a university project on physical device security and I have two old cell phones to use for the cause. I have a Milano and a C5133. Does anyboy know the jtag pin configuration for either of these devices? Or could maybe point me in the right direction?

Is the firmware for either one leaked? Where can I get information about how to unlock either of these phones? I'm new toying with cell phones so any information advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
