Clean out the Caches - if u use fFcebook - Foursquare - Drop Box- Evernote- Downloads & Adobe reader - lots of pics etc - CLEAN THEM OUT - Get rid of all duplicates or download to your laptop etc - then just let phone sit for a bit the network - wi-fi comes back on its own. Just cleaned mine out and it all came back just fine - I can make calls txt - etc as normal.

Are you able to then use the phone as a hotspot or no? And when you say 'connection' do you meant the 3g data connection?

This is literally what the code means: "Unknown error. Sign in failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, turn your phone off then turn it on again."

Unfortunately that doesn't tell us much. I'm guessing you need to clear some kind of cache on your phone for things to reset with the towers that you are connecting to. But again, you'll have to tell us what phone you have.

I cannot get on the internet with my Boost android phone. It's been 2 weeks and an agent said the error message was rare. It reads "Mip error code is 128". He said Boost was working on the problem. Does anyone else have this problem?
