    Master Resetting Your Device:

WARNING! Master resetting your Gravity Q will result in losing all of your personal data that is being stored on the handset's internal storage, such as ringtones, contacts, photos, apps and more. Note: data that has been stored on the SD card or SIM card will not be deleted

    1. If necessary, perform a backup of your internal memory before proceeding. You can find the steps on how to backup and restore data on the Gravity Q here
    2. While on the home screen, tap the "Menu" button on your device
    3. Tap "Settings"
    4. Select "Phone settings"
    5. Tap "Restore phone"
    6. Press "Yes" to confirm

    Wiping the Cache Partition:

Assuming that you're having issues with your handset (it freezes or crashes a lot) and you're considering master resetting the device, then you may want to give this alternative method a try first. Wiping the cache partition will clear various parts of your phone's storage without deleting any stored personal data.

    1. While on the home screen, tap the "Menu" button on your device
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Select "Phone settings"
    4. Press "Reset phone"
    5. Confirm by tapping "Yes"
