    Backing up Contacts

    Backing Up to SIM Card:

    1. While on the home screen, select "Menu"
    2. Select "Contacts"
    3. Select "Options" and then open "Management"
    4. Select "Copy several" > "Copy to SIM"
    5. Press "Select all". Optionally, you can individually select the contacts that you wish to copy
    6. Select "Options" and then press "Copy Selected"
    7. Confirm by selecting "Yes"

    Backing Up to SD Card:

    1. From the home screen, press "Menu"
    2. Scroll to and then select "Contacts"
    3. Highlight the contact that you wish to back up, but don't select it. Note: You can only back up one contact at a time
    4. Select "Options" and then press "Copy"
    5. Press "To File"
    6. Select "SD Card" and then "Open"
    7. Navigate to where you wish to save the contact
    8. Select "Options" > "Done"
    9. Repeat steps 3-8 if you wish to back up another contact


    Backing Up Media & Pictures

    Backing Up Using Your PC:

    1. Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cable that came with your device
    2. On your phone, select "Mass storage"
    3. On your computer's screen, open the phone's internal memory. Assuming that you have an SD card installed, you will see two Removable Disk drives instead of one
    4. Copy and paste the desired folders or files that are located on your phone's internal memory
    5. Paste the files in the desired location on your PC
    6. Safely disconnect your phone once the transfer is complete

    Backing Up Using a Mac:

    1. Connect your phone to your Mac using the USB cable
    2. Select "Mass storage" on your phone
    3. On the Mac computer, close the pop-up applications (if necessary) in order to reveal the "Go" menu option
    4. Click "Go" and then click "Computer"
    5. Click the removable disk icon representing your phone's internal memory
    6. Open the desired folder, then drag the desired files located on your memory card and drop them to your computer
    7. When finished, click the "Back" icon in order to navigate back to the "Removable disk" icon(s)
    8. Press and hold the "Control" key and then click on the "Removable disk" icon representing the memory card
    9. Click "Eject"
    10. Press and hold the "Control" key again and then click on the "Removable disk" icon representing your phone's internal memory
    11. Click "Eject" again
    12. You can now safely disconnect the phone

    Backing Up Using Your Phone:

    Note: this method works only if you have an SD card installed

    1. While viewing a home screen, press "Menu"
    2. Scroll to and then select "Media"
    3. Select "Files" > "Phone"
    4. Select the desired folder, then press "Options" > "Select"
    5. Press "Select all" (press the "left" soft key). Optionally, you can select individual files
    6. Select "Options" and then press "Copy selected"
    7. Select "SD card" > "Open"
    8. Navigate to the folder where you want to back up your files and then highlight the folder. Don't select it.
    9. Press "Options" and then "Select"
