If you are an at&t user make sure your data network is enabled

    Type *#87667# into your keypad

Scroll to MMS hit options button and select edit

    In "set name" type:
    AT&T MMS

    Access name:
    Wap.cingular

    Auth type:
    None

    Protocol:
    HTTP

    Home URL
    tp://mmsc.cingular.com

    Proxy address
    66.209.11.32

    Port
    80

    Linger time (sec)
    300

If you Change these settings you can at least receive picture messages I and should be able to send them as well. If you Change the browser settings to this as well you can use the internet. Hope this helps. If you have at&t it will say data charges may apply when retrieving messages hit yes and u do not get charged since their texting plans include picture messages.

I do not have an answer. I can see where it being a T-Mobile phone would could mess it up.
I have just decided to find a new phone at a later date once this one gets really annoying.

I bought a Comeback a while ago and unlocked it for use on the AT&T network, however I now have a problem:

Whenever I receive a picture message I cannot retrieve it. Nor can I send picture messages. When I try to receive or send one it says that data roaming must be enabled. When I've enabled data roaming and try to send or receive it gives me the following message: "retrieving/sending failed. Service unavailable"

My dad (who is more electronic savy than I) and I cannot figure it out, anyone else know how to fix my problem?
