Try this:

1. From the main screen, press OK to choose MENU.
2. Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
3. Select Phone Settings then press OK.
4. Select Security then press OK.
5. Enter the Phone Lock Code (default is the last 4 digits of the phone number) then press OK.
6. Select Restore Phone then press OK.
7. Select Yes then press OK.
8. Press OK.

or this: Enter *2767*3855# on the keypad.

i have a sam u750, is there any way to master reset it , except for flashing it using samsung pst and phone restore.
