    Here's how to forward calls on your Note 3:

    Forwarding all Calls (Unconditional):

    1. From the home screen, tap "Phone" and if necessary, press the "Keypad" tab
    2. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Call settings"
    3. Tap "Call forwarding" ad tap "Always forward"
    4. Enter the phone number where you wish the calls to be forwarded to
    5. Tap "Turn on"


    Forwarding Some Calls (Conditional):

    1. From any of the home screens, press "Phone"
    2. Tap the "Keypad" tab
    3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Call settings"
    4. Select "Call forwarding"
    5. If necessary, cancel unconditional call forwarding (see below)
    6. Select either "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
    7. Enter the phone number where you wish the incoming calls to be forwarded to
    8. Tap "Update"


    Canceling Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
    2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
    3. Press the "Menu" button and select "Call settings"
    4. Tap "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
    5. Tap "Turn off"
