    Transferring Files

    Transferring Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Using the USB cable, connect your smartphone to your computer
    2. Drag the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device" > "Media device (MTP)"
    3. On your computer, an AutoPlay window should appear. Click to "Open device to view files using Windows Explorer"
    4. Open a new Windows Explorer window and navigate to where the files are stored on your PC
    5. Copy the desired audio file and paste them on your phone's storage
    6. Once the transfer is complete, safely disconnect your smartphone

    Transferring Audio Files from a Mac Computer:

    1. Make sure you have Kies installed on your Mac. If not, then visit SAMSUNG KIES and click "Download for Mac OS". Follow the on-screen instructions to install Kies
    2. Connect your smartphone to your Mac using the USB cable
    3. Drag the "Status" bar down and tap "Connected as a media device", followed by "Media device"
    4. Open Kies on your Mac computer
    5. Inside Kies, click the folder icon associated with either "Internal Memory" or "External Memory". Then, navigate to the location where you want to add the audio files
    6. On your Mac, navigate to where the audio files are located
    7. Drag the files and drop them into Kies
    8. After the files have been copied, safely disconnect your smartphone

    Managing the Audio Files

    Adding Audio Files to the Ringtone List:

    1. From any of the home screens, press "Menu"
    2. Tap "Settings"
    3. Swipe to the "My device" tab
    4. Tap "Sound" > "Ringtones" > "Add"
    5. Select either "Choose music track" or "Sound picker"
    6. Choose "Just once" or "Always"
    7. Select the desired audio file and tap "OK"

    Adding Audio Files to the Notification List:

    1. Tap the "All Apps" icon located on the home screen
    2. Tap "My files" > "All files"
    3. Navigate to where the desired audio files are located
    4. Tap and hold a file and select "Copy"
    5. Tap "Device storage", open the "Notifications" folder and tap "Paste here"

    Setting Custom Ringtones and Notifiations

    Changing the Ringtone for All Calls:

    1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing a home screen
    2. Tap "Settings" and go to the "My device" tab
    3. Tap "Sound" > "Ringtones"
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap "OK"

    Assigning a Custom Ringtone to a Contact:

    1. While viewing a home screen, tap "Contacts"
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Press the "Edit" button depicting a pencil
    4. Tap "Ringtone" and select the audio file that you wish to assign
    5. Tap "OK" > "Save"

    Changing the Notifications Sound:

    1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing the home screen
    2. Tap "Settings" and swipe to the "My device" tab
    3. Tap "Sound" > "Notifications"
    4. Select the desired audio file and tap "OK"
