Blocking Calls from a Specific Number:

1. While on the home screen, press the "Menu" button
2. Tap "Settings" > "My device"
3. Tap "Call" > "Call rejection" > "Auto reject list"
4. Tap "Create" and perform one of the following sets of steps:
   
   • To block a number from your contact list:
     
     1. Tap the "Contacts" icon
     2. Tap "Contacts" twice and select either "Always" or "Just once"
     3. Select the contact that you want to add to the rejection list and tap "Save"
   • To block a number from the call log:
     
     1. Tap the "Contacts" icon
     2. Touch "Logs" and select the number that you wish to block
     3. Tap "Save"
   • To block a new number:
     
     1. Type in the number that you wish to reject. NOTE: you can also tap "Match criteria" if you wish to reject all numbers that match one criteria. For instance, selecting "Starts with" allows you to reject calls from a specific area code. To reject an exact phone number, enable "Exactly the same as"
     2. Tap "Save"

Unblocking a Number:

1. From any of the home screens, press the "Menu" button
2. Tap "Settings" and go to the "My device" tab
3. Tap "Call" > "Call rejection"
4. Tap "Auto reject list" and perform one of the following:
   
   • To allow calls but keep the numbers on the reject list: clear the check box associated with a desired number
   • To allow calls and also remove the number from the list:
     
     1. Tap the icon depicting a "trash can"
     2. Tap the desired phone number and tap "Delete"
     3. Touch "Delete" a second time for confirmation

Using Applications to Block Calls:

While the Galaxy Trend lite offers blocking / call barring options, you can also install third party applications that offer a wide range of blocking features. Apps like "Call Blocker" give you extra security via password, it contains whitelists, blacklists, call logs and more. You can always try similar applications and see which one suits your needs best.
