Call Forwarding

Forwarding All Calls (Unconditional):

1. While viewing a home screen, press the "Menu" button
2. Tap "Settings"
3. Go to the "My device" tab and tap "Call"
4. Tap "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding" > "Always forward"
5. Type in the phone number that you wish to forward calls to
6. Tap "Enable"

Forwarding Certain Calls Only (Conditional):

1. Press the "Menu" button while viewing a home screen
2. Touch "Settings"
3. Tap the "My device" tab
4. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
5. Select the condition on which the calls will be forwarded, such as "Forward when busy", "Forward when unanswered" or "Forward when unreachable"
6. Enter the phone number towards which the calls will be forwarded
7. Tap "Update"

Cancelling Call Forwarding:

1. Press the "Menu" button from the home screen
2. Tap "Settings" and go to "My device"
3. Tap "Call" > "Additional settings" > "Call forwarding"
4. Touch "Always forward" and then select "Disable"

Call Log Management

Viewing and Resetting the Call Log:

1. To access the call log, press the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
2. Go to the "Logs" tab
3. Here, you can select a call log listing and tap "View more" to access more details regarding that particular listing
4. To clear the call log, press the "Menu" button while viewing the "Logs" tab
5. Tap "Select all" and tap "Delete"
6. Tap "Delete" once more for confirmation
