Managing Contacts

Adding a Contact:

1. Tap the "Contacts" icon located on the home screen
2. Go to the "Contacts" tab
3. Press the "+" button and select either "Device", "SIM" or "Google"
4. Tap the "First name" field and type in the contact's name
5. Enter the contact's phone number, and add any additional information
6. When ready, tap "Save"

Importing Contacts from the SD Card:

1. Tap the "Contacts" icon from the home screen
2. Access the "Contacts" tab
3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Import / Export"
4. Tap "Import from SD card" and select a desired contact
5. Tap "OK" and select "Import vCard file", "Import multiple vCard files" or "Import all vCard files"
6. Tap "OK" and select the desired contact file if necessary, and press "OK" once again

Exporting Contacts to the SD Card:

1. Open the "Contacts" app and tap the "Contacts" tab
2. Press "Menu" and tap "Import / Export"
3. Tap "Export to SD card" > "OK"

Importing Contacts from the SIM Card:

1. Launch the "Contacts" app and tap the "Contacts" tab
2. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Import / Export"
3. Tap "Import from SIM card"
4. Select the location where to import the contacts (account) and tap "OK"
5. Mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you want to import, or tap "Select all"
6. Press "Done"

Exporting Contacts to the SIM Card:

1. From the "Contacts" app, access the "Contacts" tab
2. Press the "Menu" key and tap "Import / Export"
3. Tap "Export to SIM card" and select the desired contacts. Optionally, tap "Select all"
4. Tap "Done" and press "OK"

Adding a Contact to Speed Dial:

1. Tap the "Phone" icon located on the home screen
2. Tap the "Keypad" tab if necessary
3. Press "Menu" and tap "Speed dial setting"
4. Tap the dial pad number that you wish to assign
5. Select the contact that you want to link with the dial pad number

Deleting Contacts:

1. Open the "Contacts" app
2. Tap the "Contacts" tab
3. Optionally, if you want to delete contacts from a specific list, press "Menu" > "Contacts to display" and choose the type of contacts
4. Press the "Menu" button
5. Tap "Delete"
6. Mark the check boxes associated with the desired contacts, or tap "Select all"
7. Tap "Delete" > "OK"

Group Management

Creating a New Contact Group:

1. From the home screen, tap "Contacts"
2. Tap the "Groups" tab
3. Press the "Menu" button and tap "Create"
4. Type in the desired name for the group
5. Tap "Add member" and mark the check boxes next to the contacts that you want to add
6. Tap "Done" and press "Save"

Adding Contacts to a Caller Group:

NOTE: Only contacts saved on the phone's storage or a Google account can be added to caller groups.

1. From the "Contacts" app, go to the "Groups" tab
2. Select the desired group
3. Tap the "+" icon, or press "Menu" > "Edit" > "Add member"
4. Mark the check boxes associated with the contact(s) that you want to add, or tap "Select all"
5. Tap "Done"
